磁力反应釜

磁力反应釜使用须知：
1、在磁力反应釜操作前，应仔细检查有无异状，在反应釜正常运行中，不得打开上盖和触及板上之接线端子，以免触电。
2、应定期对磁力反应釜测量仪表进行校准，以保证准确可靠地工作。
3、磁力反应釜升温速度不宜太快，加压亦应缓慢进行，尤其是反应釜搅拌速度，只允许缓慢升速。如遇停电，应即将调速旋钮调回零位。
4、磁力反应釜不得速冷，以防过大的温差压力造成损坏。
5、磁力反应釜运转时，联轴器与釜盖间的水夹套必须通冷却水，以控制反应釜磁钢的工作温度，避免退磁。
6、磁力反应釜严禁在高压下敲打拧动螺栓和螺母接头。
7、磁力反应釜爆破膜在使用一段时间后，会老化疲劳，降低爆破压力，也可能会有介质附着，影响反应釜灵敏度，应定期更换，一般一所更换一次，以防失效。
8、磁力反应釜严禁带压拆卸。

2. The magnetic reactor measuring instrument should be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
3, the temperature of the magnetic reactor should not be too fast, the pressure should also be slow, especially the stirring speed of the reactor, only allow slow rise. In the event of a power outage, the speed control knob should be turned back to zero.
4. The magnetic reactor should not be cooled quickly to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature difference.
5. When the magnetic reactor is running, the water jacket between the coupling and the kettle lid must pass cooling water to control the working temperature of the reactor magnet and avoid demagnetization.
6. The magnetic reaction kettle is strictly prohibited to tap the bolt and nut joint under high pressure.
7. After the magnetic blasting blasting membrane is used for a period of time, it will age and fatigue, reduce the bursting pressure, and there may be medium adhesion, which affects the sensitivity of the reactor. It should be replaced regularly, and usually replaced once to prevent failure.
8. The magnetic reaction kettle is strictly prohibited to be removed by pressure.
